Smoking withdrawal symptoms

Smoking Withdrawal:

Withdrawal symptoms are primarily due to the power of conditioned responses which are the patterns and habits we create to deal with stress, worry, trauma etc. These conditions recreate a negative feeling or state of mind which becomes a trigger in your brain and then you automatically have to have a cigarette in order to feel better. You are self medicating the emotional response to the triggers. This works temporarily and is DEADLY over time.
