Do you sleep soundly?

  • Do you go to bed around the same time each night?
  • Do you go to bed before 10 PM?
  • Do you keep the room completely dark?
These are all keys to a make sure you receive a really good sleep every night consistently!
You can also take a hot bath before you retire. Massage your neck and shoulders. Then climb in your comfortable bed, put your SleepPhones on, and listen to my SleepDeeply CD.
Oh ---and don't forget to get plenty of exercise and sunlight during the day!
